Elease Dillard is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and speaker with the mission of helping families break the odds—at any age.
With a love for STEM, at the age of 19 and 20 Elease was selected twice by Morehouse School of Medicine to conduct research within their Neuroscience Institute as a part of their Neuroscience Institute Summer Research Program—a program offered in partnership with the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
At the age of 21, Elease was selected by the National Institute on Dug Abuse (NIDA) to research alongside scientists at The University of California San Francisco to innovate a tobacco cessation intervention designed to help young adults quit smoking.
After graduating college debt-free without taking out a loan along the way, Elease decided to use her passion for serving others and extend her service from STEM to business. At the age of 22 Elease founded The Student Navigator—an award-winning education company dedicated to navigating students towards funding their education debt-free.
At the age of 24, Elease became an author with her book, Funding College Debt-Free: Your Interactive Guide Towards Living a Life of Freedom, Passion, and Purpose—which became the #1 New Release on Amazon for Academic Development Counseling.
To expand her mission of helping families break the odds, Elease is the creator and host of Break The Odds—an international podcast show dedicated to navigating individuals towards breaking the odds in their life, family, career, and communities.
Elease has been featured by platforms such as The American Society for Cell Biology, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Gwinnett College’s Engage Magazine, VoyageATL Magazine, Business RadioX, and more. In addition, Elease has received multiple award nominations throughout her career—including being awarded as a 2021 recipient of the GYP 35 Under 35 Award that recognizes top young professionals within the Metro-Atlanta area who are under the age of 35.

Kiani Williams is a podcaster, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate.
As the host of the Grow To Be Free podcast, she focuses on empowering young women to find their voice and grow to their potential in business and life towards holistic freedom. God has given Kiani a heart for mental health. Having dealt with depression and anxiety herself, she speaks up to destigmatize mental health and is passionate about developing creative solutions for how the community can utilize technology and personal development to bring inner peace to every soul in the world.
